Restricted Words

Build reusable risk libraries first, then let AI Listing Builder flag risky copy before you publish.

Restricted Words covers the library home page and detail page in Satlis Web. The home page manages library structure, while the detail page handles manual entry, Excel import, search, export, and cleanup. Once a library is selected inside AI Listing Builder, risky terms in your draft are highlighted for review.

When To Use

Use this workflow when you need a reusable library of brand-sensitive terms, policy-risk phrases, or internal no-go wording before publishing listing copy.

This is not a one-off import utility. It is a compliance layer that AI Listing Builder can reuse across drafts.

Workflow

The workflow has two layers: manage library structure on the home page, then manage actual terms in the detail page before using the library in AI Listing Builder.

  1. 1

Step 1: Create a Restricted Word Library

Organize libraries by brand, category, or workflow, and optionally build a parent-child tree.

  2. 2

Step 2: Add or Import Restricted Terms in the Detail Page

Use manual line-by-line entry or import structured .xlsx files from the template.

  3. 3

Step 3: Select the Library in AI Listing Builder

Once selected, risky terms are highlighted in titles, bullets, and descriptions for review.

If you manage multiple brands or marketplaces, split libraries by purpose instead of putting every risky term into one oversized master list.

What You Get

This feature does not write the listing for you. It delivers a reusable compliance reference that other workflows can call.

  • Restricted Word Libraries with tree-style organization
  • Detail pages with search, pagination, export, and batch cleanup
  • Reusable compliance libraries inside AI Listing Builder
  • Exportable Excel files for team sharing and backup

Best Practices

Separate brand restrictions, marketplace policy risks, and category-specific red-flag wording so review stays clear.

Normalize file templates before import to avoid broken columns or outdated headers entering the library.

  • Use the home page for structure and the detail page for actual terms
  • Spot-check imported rows before rolling the library into production drafts
  • Select the library before generating copy in AI Listing Builder to reduce rework
