Negative Keyword Miner

Cut wasted spend first, then scale with cleaner traffic.

This tool follows the same 3-step workflow used in Satlis Web detail pages: import Search Term Report, select campaigns, and add negatives. It combines system recommendations with manual filtering and exports launch-ready lists.

When To Use

Use this workflow when your SP terms show high clicks with weak orders, or when ACoS remains above your target range.

Instead of a raw dashboard, it produces actionable negative keyword lists with linked campaigns and impact context.

Workflow

The detail page is step-driven. You can move through the top step bar or the right-side workflow console.

  1. 1

Step 1: Import Search Term Report (Daily)

Upload the Daily .xlsx report. The system validates file structure and prepares pivot data.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Select Campaign Scope

Lock campaign scope first so recommendations and manual filters use one consistent data set.

  3. 3

    Step 3: Add Negative Keywords

Process recommended negatives first, then refine manually and build the final launch list.

Handle high-spend low-return terms first, then edge cases. This reduces over-blocking risk.

Deliverables

After completion, export a launch-ready execution file for bulk operations.

  • Phrase and Exact negative lists
  • Linked campaign context for each negative
  • Copy-ready keyword blocks and downloadable files

Best Practices

Run this workflow weekly: add negatives, review impact, and iterate in small batches.

After applying negatives, monitor performance for 3-7 days before expanding scope.

  • Use Exact negatives for precise blockers
  • Use Phrase negatives for broader cleanup
  • Pair with target keyword mining to build an add-and-block loop
